Can Ogbaru LGA Produce The Next Governor Of Anambra State?

With INEC releasing the number of eligible voters in the Anambra state, Ogbaru a local government area in Anambra North has the highest number of registered voters, INEC, yesterday announced that 1,784,536 persons were registered in Anambra State for the November 16, 2013 election out of which Ogbaru Local Government Area had the highest number of voters with over 139,000. The question now is weather or not they can produce the next Governor of Anambra state.
