Anambra state can proudly say that the new Governor Mr Willie Obiano have enough money to kick start development projects in the state. Mr Peter Obi yesterday announced that Anambra state can boast of N75 billion in the treasury even as his tenure comes to an end .
Speaking at the presentation of his report card to the people of Anambra State, Obi said, he had invested $155 million (N26 billion), and that the state had a bank balance of N11.5 billion. The other sources of income was the Federal Government approved refund of N10 billion. He further stated that his government had gotten a N620 billion allocation from Federal government throughout his tenure while agencies had donated N20 billion.
Meanwhile Ezenwenyi Stanley C is of the Opinion that Imo state will even enjoy more than what have happened in Anambra state if Ochoudo Martin Agbaso is given the mandate.
