Anambra 2021 will be a reflection of the historical pattern of Ndi Anambra.

In 2010, APGA won the Anambra election, AC (Dr Ngige) held the second position helplessly while PDP(Prof Soludo) was compensated with the third position. LP(Andy Uba) had no option but to accept the fourth position as he was able to win only 1 LGA out of 21 LGAs. HDP( Ukachukwu) rushed to grab the fifth position as he also won only 1 LGA out of the 21 LGAs.

In 2013, APGA won the Anambra election, this time PDP (Tony Nwoye) took the second position by force, leaving the third position for APC( Dr Ngige) . The fourth position was grabbed by LP( Ifeanyi Ubah) while Ezeemo had no option than to take the fifth position.

In 2017, APGA as always took their birthright by wining the election in all 21 LGAs, APC (Tony Nwoye) held strong to the second position, while PDP struggled with the third position. UPP ( Osita Chidoka) was blessed with the fourth position and LP(Christian Enemuo) managed the fifth position.

Now it is 2021, let history guide your political calculations. It has maintained a particular pattern over the years, though there are very high possibilities of changes here and there but study the pattern. Have you noticed the fourth position is not determined by the party but by individual popularity, and also notice that even as a popular individual, one needs a popular party to be among the first 3. Now in this election the Hierarchy remains APGA, PDP and APC or APGA , APC and PDP . Things might change to PDP, APGA and APC or even APC , PDP and APGA but whatever be the case, these are the top 3 party contenders. YPP might come fourth .

Godwin Agbasimelo (Oga Ndi Oga) in a transformation mission in Ezinifite

A man becomes a blessing to his people when he engages in human capital and infrastructural development . I have not been to the village since the demise of my late father and I can boldly say that, I might need google map to trace my country home when next I embark on the journey to my fatherland, this is because of the development a man has single handedly brought to his community which happens to be my community too.

There is no-gainsaying that he is a man that loves his people, like I have always said, we must not always wait for government to bring development to us, I am sure there many people that have the capacity to even do more than he has done and more than he can ever do, but they don’t love the people enough to give back to them. But like Oliver De Coque a great son of Ezinifite said in one of his numerous award winning high life musics “ ikpata ego diche, iwe’obi eji eri ego jikwa iche” this young son of Umueze in Awor Ezimuzor of Ezinifite town has the heart of a giver, he is a great philanthropist and the first of its kind .

I hear of his goodness to the good people of Ezinifite per day, he has empowered many people and ana ekwu nke omere eme omekwa ozo. First I heard of the solar lights, then heard how he has been giving back to the people and now he is tarring 6.5 kilometers of roads across Ezinifite ?  This is worth of emulation. If one man can do all this, imagine if others of his kind join in the quest to make Ezinifite the real Ezi-London.  My people,  I proudly introduce to you Chief Godwin Agbasimelo A.K.A Oga Ndi Oga.

EZINIFITE TOWN IN NNEWI SOUTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF ANAMBRA STATE CRIES OUT TO GOV. OBIANO.

The entire people of Ezinifite Town, in Nnewi South local government area of Anambra State, have cried

out in recent days, lamenting how work at the erosion site in Ezinifite was abandoned, the moment His

Excellency, Governor Willie Obiano was re-elected .

It was gathered that, during the campaign, the people of Ezinifite through their son who is the

TC chairman of Nnewi South ,Engr Felix Odimegwu ,cried out to the Governor to rescue them from the

ugly state of the erosion site. The His Excellency Governor Willie Obiano  hearkened to their voices

and immediately started work at the site. This quick response to the SOS call further cemented the love

they have for the Governor, thereby making the sons and daughters of Ezinifte to vote massively for

APGA.

Since then, the people of Ezinifite town have been hopeful that work will resume immediately after the

festive period, having in mind that, the dreaded raining season is nearby. It is sad to note that , the

people of Ezinifite are feeling used by the Governor, a thought that is already going viral by word of

mouth. The Governor of Anambra state, should as a matter of urgency in a bid to secure lives and

properties of Ndi-Ezinifite resume work at the site.

God bless Ezinifite Town,

God bless Nnewi South LGA,

God bless Anambra State,

God bless Nigeria.

Lagos State Set For Local Government Elections

By Ezenwenyi Stanley.C

Lagos state political landscape will be very busy from January to March in preparation and antisipation of the elections into the 20 local government councils (LGs) and 37 local development council areas (LCDAs). Political parties are battle ready as plans for their primaries have been concluded. It is on record that the elections have been pending since 2014 when the immediate past governor of the state, Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola, instead of initiating new election processes to replace the last set of elected local government chairmen, chose to appoint caretaker committees, headed by chairmen, for the LGs and LCDAs.
Mr Akinwunmi Ambode, the incumbent governor followed the path, first appointing executive secretaries (ES) to replace the caretaker committee heads and recently sole administrators to replace the ES.

With the court giving an order for elections to be held , the atmosphere is clear as posters of aspirants are already out especially on the internet. Local governments like Apapa,Ojo,Ikeja,Amuwo Odofin,Epe, Lagos Mainland and Lagos Island are gathering momentum for the elections.
